ZEPPELIN Mobile Medical Emergency Systems





The highly flexible and complex Medical Emergency Systems based on the
ZEPPELIN Compact-Shelter, which is used for the medical diagnosis and
treatment areas. This extendable shelter provides an unprecedented safe and
hygienic work environment for emergency medicine, as well as a high level of
supply (e.g. medical gases). The shelters are supplemented by tents depending
on the configuration.

The First Response Emergency Medical Station is equipped for medical
emergencies and for the delivery of life-saving measures, involving intensive
care and treatment of fractures.

The Emergency Hospital, which is the extended version of the Emergency
Medical Station, offers modular emergency surgical facilities, as well as
additional diagnostic and treatment possibilities.

The basic configurations can be extended modularly by additional shelters
and tents.

The transport of ZEPPELIN Compact-Shelter by way of land, water or air is
ensured.

The shelter can be placed on semitrailer or on any truck or trailer (flatbed truck).
By rail, the shelter is transported on standard flat wagon. On vessels (maritime
vessel, coastal vessel, inland water vessel), the shelter can be transported as
deck cargo, in the cargo compartment or on container ships in accordance with
the "Performance Limits" via 20’ or 40’ flat racks.

ZEPPELIN Compact-Shelter can be transported both via cargo aircraft or as
well as by the low weight of 1,200 kg by helicopter (external load) to the
operating location. The transportability given by sufficient available capacities
in aviation services offers the opportunity to help as quickly as possible.
Therefore the ZEPPELIN Compact-Shelter, specially adapted to the “IATA
Cargo Standards and Regulations”.
